Charred Grapes & Burrata Salad by Culinary Cam

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound grapes (I used organic Muscat grapes)
  • 2 Tablespoons Rosemary olive oil plus more for drizzling [Buy Now]
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 to 5 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 burrata rounds
  • Plum-Basil Balsamic vinegar for drizzling [Buy Now]
  • plus more salt and pepper for sprinkling

PROCEDURE

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Place grapes in a rimmed baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay rosemary in the pan.
  2. Roast until grapes have burst and some have charred approximately 30 minutes. Let cool slightly before handling.
  3. To serve, lay a burrata on a serving plate.
  4. Slice it in half lengthwise. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  5. Lay charred grapes on and around the burrata. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
